Key Holding and Contact.
We hold your keys and provide email, telephone, text messages and whatsaap contacts and are your locally contact for anything to do with your property. (Included in annual management fee)
Weekly inspections.
We visit the property once a week and make sure that all is in order. In case of any urgent problems we act/contact on your best interest. Collection of your mail.After the high season we prepare the property for long empty periods and combine cleaning, airing and mould prevention.

¿Can my guests leave and arrive the same day?
Yes, we do change over constantly, however, your guests must follow the rules. Departures before 10:oo a.m. Arrivals from 15.00 p.m

¿Do you deal with technical problems during occupancy periods?
Yes, as soon as you or your guests report a problem we will deal with it and will pass onto you the bill for the cost of the repair

If I have my own rental company or do my own rentals, will you deal with arrivals and departures?
Yes, we just need you or your rental company to inform us of any arrivals and requests. (minimum notice 72 hours)

Do I need plenty of sheets and towels for my property?
Not necessarily, you can rent bedding and towels from us.

If I have my own bedding and towels and I rent my property, how many do I need?
You need 3 complete changes and they need to be kept in a locked wardrobe at the house

Is it possible to hire your management services without paying the annual fee?
No, the payment of the annual fee allows our clients to have additional services, in addition to the basic services detailed in our offer.

How many cleaning hours does it take to prepare arrivals?
It always depends on the size of the property, number of terraces, windows, etc. and the state of cleanliness in which it is. For example, a 2 bedroom apartment in good condition and without many external areas can be done in 4 hours.
